Huka Falls Resort offers a peaceful, private and relaxed environment situated just minutes from New Zealand’s largest lake, the world renowned Huka Falls, and the thriving township of Taupo. A purpose designed conference facility; the Resort offers picturesque views over our Pinot Noir producing vineyard and Mount Tauhara. Resort facilities include: Restaurant, winery offering on-site wine & imported beer tastings, exclusive private dining options plus two tennis courts and an outdoor swimming pool. The Resort has 6 conference rooms catering for 2-120 guests, a full range of technical, presentation equipment and conference support. With seven hectares of landscaped grounds, we have ample space for recreation and teambuilding activities that can be enjoyed onsite.
Accommodation
Nestled amongst the 7 hectares of landscaped gardens sit our spacious stand alone villas. With three styles of accommodation consisting of 22-two bedroom villas, 11 one bedroom suites and 11 studios. The villas offer private decks, full kitchen facilities, ensuite with shower and spacious lounge and dining areas. We can offer beds for up to 66 guests twin share or 111 triple share.
Delicious Cuisine
Huka Falls Resort offers a variety of dining options, with extensive menus ranging from gourmet BBQs, buffet dinners to a more formal Degustation Set Menu. The Huka Falls Restaurant offers stunning views of Mt Tauhara & the Pinot Noir vineyard, along with a variety of dining options from a spacious deck, the exclusive private cellar room to the relaxed café style restaurant.
Alternatively the Acacia Function room has perfect summer outdoor dining under a canopy of apple trees & stars. In the cooler months, enjoy the warmth in front of our impressive river stone fireplace.
Theme dinners can be complemented with theme activities to make memorable evenings (awards dinners, winter wonderland).
The Huka Falls Winery offers groups, and individuals, exclusive New Zealand wine & imported beer tastings onsite. Enjoy the exquisite wines while choosing from our selection of boutique pickles, or simply take a stroll through the vines of our Pinot Noir producing vineyard.
