Meetings Afloat
We can tailor make your meeting to include; catering, refreshments, accommodation and an exciting itinerary of activities. All our meeting packages include: Boat hire, a buffet lunch (full day only), 1 x Tea, coffee and snack break (2 x for a full day), Organisers tackle box, 1 x Flip chart and paper, Delegates pen and pad, chairs and tables and water on the tables (prices include GST)
Team building ideas
On board our boats we can offer Trout fishing and Skeet Shooting competitions, water sports activities or we can incorporate your own ideas.
Special events and parties
On board our boats we have the facilities to provide sumptuous 3 course dining with, free of charge, Karaoke & dance floor. Themes, bands and DJ’s can be sourced locally. Our boats can cater for up to 80 people and with 3 or 4 boats rafted together we can accommodate groups of 160 or more.

Clark and Jolly Helicopters offer a diverse component to our portfolio of activities; scenic flights, wilderness, combination experiences and Regional or National Airport helicopter transfers for your group.
